Grey demon was the easiest out of all the tutorial bosses. You can stay on his back the whole time. Grafted scion is imo the hardest.

I figured out that the big stick can pancake most small and medium enemies with 1 hit, and big ones fall down after 2 or 3 hits. Big stick!

Big weapons are great for that! A bit slow and you have to time it right, but big payoff when it works.

Souls games are some of the better "escapism" games as they don't contain task lists & let you fully immerse. Elden Ring mixes it with BOTW.

There is a great deal of catharsis when you overcome a boss. If you're having trouble, you can summon NPC help for many of them, otherwise 1
