Band teacher here.... One of my 7th grade students tells me a joke (example: today they asked "Why is Yoda a good gardener? Because he has two green thumbs!) as they walk into class every day, and I try to respond with one back. I am running out of material, and its hard to find short, funny, school appropriate jokes.

That's good. My band teachers never really seemed to enjoy it which didn't make it as fun.
