Wife and I just purchased a project home in Detroit, east village area.
I began demo-ing the basement in preparation for updating electrical and pumping
We have a huge fenced in yard on a double lot.
The woodwork throughout the home is gorgeous and well preserved. We are staying here for the first time tonight. The walls and floors are covered with grime, and we just rigged together a working toilet and sink. Wish us luck!
