My younger brother, Joe Yorio, weighing in at 146lb, took the New York State record for deadlifting in that weight class, lifting a whopping 460lb!
He's only been doing this around a year but he's in the gym about 3 hours a day most days of the week. He is one of the most disciplined hard working cats I know.
Still can't get over it. If you guys are looking for the world's proudest brother I'll be over here..
