Depends on the drone, professional photography drones typically two people, one flying one controlling camera movements

On my Mavic pro you can have it focus on a target and it will keep camera on it while you focus on flying the drone but sometimes there's 2

Generally, first person to grab the wave has priority although there will be a little bit of jockeying for position as each set rolls in.

Maybe 15 to 20 minutes for the set of 4-8 waves that are the most desirable, but with the smaller waves have little to no wait times

Very much so. The person on the inside has priority, thus hustling in the line up for the inside position is part of the game.

sometimes when its super crowded, yep, 1 or 2 wave surfs happen (which sucks!)

Naw you just hustle and jockey for position. Waves don't always hit the same spot every time so its a guessing game of where to wait.
