Really jumping out of my comfort zone to post this, but since November of 2017 I’ve lost 100 lbs! I went from a size 20 to a size 4. I learned that there really isn’t a cure-all diet, just hard work and consistency. The journey isn’t over yet though!

Awesome job congratulations and keep up the great work!

Good work OP!

Never mind the looks, do you feel better and more healthy?

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

SO much better. My doctor was worried I might develop type 2 diabetes if I continued my habits, so I feel 200x healthier now.

Well Done!

Journey isn't over? You lose anymore and you're turning invisible... Honestly, though, good job @op

Oh I agree!! Now I just want to be more active. It’s a lifestyle!

100 lbs of blood sweat and tears? You need a transfusion and an IV immediately.

7 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 1

It's too late, Mcqueef. We lost another good one to sweat and tears loss, with a blood deficiency. Damn it, why do we do this!?!?!

Amazing! So inspirational! Be proud of yourself for all the hard work. You look fantastic and I bet you feel great too!

Don’t forget the almost 2 year struggle! Easy to get complacent. Keep it up!

Protip: It's a lot easier if you focus on losing fat. Fluids are not that heavy and you kind of need them. Trust me, I'm hilarious. (1)

(Just adding this joke because as obvious as it is, I felt previous tries lacked something. Congrats on the journey and I wish you much (2)

success in the future). (3)

How much blood weighs 100lbs?

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

11ish gallons. Blood is about 8.85 lbs a gallon

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

About 11.9 gallons

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Congrats OP!!! I love seeing transformations! But when you say the journey isn't over I hope you don't mean to lose more weight :/

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

A size 4 is a happy perfect medium, if not skinny to a lot of people. I just hope you don't go too far, I'm only concerned bcz I had an

Eating disorder :/ if you do wish to lose more weight just do it the right and healthy way and don't hurt yourself girly. Again congrats!

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I’m not planning on losing more weight!! Just want to get more athletic and improve my mental health. You’re so sweet for reaching out ❤️

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Good! I'm so happy for you, I'm trying to get healthy as well so I know the feels. I want to go back to school for physical therapy but

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Can't do that if I'm not fit and healthy myself lol. I'm currently 157 and am trying to at least lose 20 pounds. If it had been a few years

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ago I'd have relapsed, but luckily I survived and conquered! Keep on keeping on! If you don't swim, I'd highly recommend it! ❤

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Kudos on your weight loss. Hard work and consistency is the key to all of life.

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

My wife and I are looking to start this journey as well. Getting started is hard. Any recommendations on how to start?

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

@OrdinaryBiker nailed it. That’s really the only way

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You look awesome!!!

Good job!!! Now clean your room!

7 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 4

I didn’t expect this to get this much attention or i would have lol

7 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

A couple things on the floor doesn't make it dirty. Just tell him to stfu. Good job on all the blood loss. ;-)

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Your room looks very clean already. I would have moved those two things on the ground for the picture, but that doesnt change it being clean

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Awsome work OP ^_^ you should be proud of yourself. Look fantastic.

Rather than just upvote, I wanted to take the time and say well done! What matters most is your happiness:)

7 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

You look so happy :)

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

losing blood sounds like a bad way to lose weight. seriously though congratulations

7 years ago | Likes 368 Dislikes 3

Have you ever ripped a blister blasting your max on the bar bro? Blood is gaaaaains!

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Coagulations!

7 years ago | Likes 35 Dislikes 0

Well ya when you have ghosts in ur blood ur supposed to do cocaine about it

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

But, uh.. whose blood?

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

no, sounds like a good choice. donating blood to loose weight would be a great. Doesn't work, but well....just donate blood anyway.

7 years ago | Likes 46 Dislikes 0

I dunno. If you’re looking to shed that one last pound, it’s a great way to do it.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

It works a little. 450 calories or so per 16 weeks, is the equivalent of around half a pound a year.

7 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I wish I could. :-(

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

How many pounds of blood did she have?

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

So many

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If she lost 100 pounds of weight, then she also lost approx 99.7 fl oz of blood.

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The answer is 5 kilo. .... 5 kilo of blood in every human adult.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

It was over a few years. I think 3? After... Way too much math, she could've donated about 21lbs of blood over 3 years.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

More flesh (fat included) means more blood.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Significantly ?

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Depending on the calculation, yes. 100 pounds can be anywhere from 40 to 100 fl oz difference. That’s 2.5 to 6.25 pints of blood.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'd cry if I lost 100 of these..... (seriously, well done)

7 years ago | Likes 566 Dislikes 7

I saw plenty of those back in the 80s.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Christ, I remember getting these in my pocket money. Aging, DO NOT WANT.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Depends on if they’re mine or not

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

£1 notes haven't been legal tender for a long time. so losing these is actually pretty okay. although they might be worth it to a collector.

7 years ago | Likes 49 Dislikes 0

Each one is still worth £1 to the Bank. You can exchange them for a £1 coin. Approx £7 each to a collector.

7 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 0

Also, the channel Islands still have £1 notes which is fun.

7 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

Ireland still used the pound when I visited there. Not GBP, obviously.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ireland uses the Euro. If you meant Northern Ireland then that is GBP but issued by the Bank of Ireland, Northern Bank, etc.
