May not need premium, but we tried e-85 in or minivan. Went from 18mpg to 11mpg. Not worth it for us

You use premium gas to prevent pre-ignition. Not necessary in most vehicles unless specified by the vehicle manufacturer

Nope. Read your owner's manual. On every Ford I've owned, it says premium gas is completely unnecessary and doesn't do any good.

Mines a 99 W202 Kompressor. I'll try to make it to Petro-Can once in a while to put 94 in it. Kinda of a spa-day for the ignition system.

Mines a W202 Kompressor. Doesn't run properly on regular. Misfires, fault lights, multiple codes, idle stumble. Premium, it runs like new.

Mines a C180 Kompressor 2003 i think, i'll fire premium in it next time and see if theres a noticable differeence.

Might take a few fills to get the regular out. If you've got any engine/chassis vibration you'll notice a change. Smoother acceleration.
