It definitely looks fake to me - the fact that nobody reacts to the bike going in the pit, and the guy who was on it doesn't even seem to care is very off.
The real giveaways though seem to be the splash when it does, and also look at the reflections in the puddle, they don't seem to match what's on the road.

Humour in them fucking sucks, it is all miserable violence porn, decisions main characters make are stupid, plot is meh... I did not like them at all. But I am not a fan of that kind of humour anyway. I call it American humour, it is loud and crude.
It's only my opinion, of course. It is kinda given, when I write my opinion about something. It is a contrast to those who love that series. But it is also my honest opinion. It reads like all those parody comedies that were prevalent after Scary Movie, as in they try too hard and it becomes gringy very soon. Just because I don't like it doesn't mean everyone should hate it. But it is also not universally loved unlike the loud minority likes to imply.
They are the best example of LitRPG I've read, pretty action heavy and fun. It can also be VERY visceral and gorey at times though the worst of it drops off a bit after the first book imo.
