If you go back and look at his career, he was just in the right place at the right time for all the highlights. 9/11, he was the mayor, anyone in that job at that time would have gotten the same applause. Taking down mobsters, he didn’t do that, prosecutors and lawyers did. He’s cruised along on this image of “Americas mayor” when really he’s just been a shady creep all along.
