Possibly unpopular opinion... I'm from NJ. The south is embarrassing, unnecessary, and full of racist assholes, and it isn't a recent thing. And by south I mean anywhere south of the mason Dixon, which isn't that far south. People will say not all are racist, well ok fine but enough are.
