1993 Suzuki Katana 600

the first day,after being left for almost two years under a tree..

tear down started and cleaning, I found leaves and insect cocoons everywhere

first thing to modify the gigantic 90s rear fender

second gear failed (known problem for this bike)

bearings, gears, cylinder and pistones looked perfect.

body work starts with trimming some plastics, and completely removing others
