This is Snowy, my mother's (to the right) dog aka her Booger. I was given this dog at the age of 6, I'm 20 years young to date. Shes been apart of our family through all the good times and the bad, she always cheered us up when we needed it the most. She was as lazy as they come and spoiled as they come. But she was ours, and ours alone. Later in my life she attached to my mom and never left her side and became my mom's second child.
A couple of weeks ago she stopped eating as much, and became ill. Then the heavy breathing started. We rushed her to Northwest vetrinary clinic, and were told she had fluid in her lungs from a heart condition that was not diagnosed. We were told she wouldnt have much longer to live. Although we could give her meds in hopes she would bounce back. So we filled out the script and took her home.
After a few weeks of feeding her with a syringe and 3 different medications she bounced back. Started eating on her own again and started to gain weight. She even started barking at me when I came home again too. Then it all stopped and she wouldn't even get out of her bed for bacon or to go to the bathroom. The above photo is before we took her back into the vet.
