I'll be playing Skyrim til the day quantum computers become commonplace

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

i only ever seent karstaag

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Been holding off on jumping back into Skyrim until I can afford to play it in VR. All these posts are making it reeeally hard.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I didn't find Reaper that hard, even on Master, at level 55. Would recommend facing him at a lower level of you want more challenge/fun.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

These pictures look like they were pulled from a VHS

10 years ago | Likes 33 Dislikes 0

Skyrim is the first thing I'm playing as soon as I get a pic that can run it

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I prefer the hidden potions in solitude, myself. Those are actually pretty hard to find without looking up.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The fuck? no ebony warrior?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You can cheat a little by casting flames at the floor of the reaper chamber, glitches and hits him or his minions forcing him to spawn.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

#2 is fucking impossible

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And the ebony warrior who I had to summon 3 dragons, Serana, and all my potions to kill

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thank you

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm shy and I play Skyrim... (username)

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Username relevant.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I found Vulthuryol by complete accident when fighting those little devils that were once the mighty Snow Elves

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

First one was a massive letdown. No harder than a regular dragon and didn't drop anything special

10 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

that second boss was a pain in the ass

10 years ago | Likes 75 Dislikes 0

I played Skyrim for 30ish hours and just...stopped caring. I apparently just don't "get" Bethesda games.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Vanilla bethesda games can be bland. They survive due to the modding community. Youtube Skyrim mods and you'll be impressed.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The ebony warrior?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I've never found Karstaag but I've beat the other two. Guess it's time to whip out the ole Skyrim again...

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Looks like my glaucoma just set in.

10 years ago | Likes 230 Dislikes 4

Always watery eyes? It's cancerous glaucoma.

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I feel like I have glaucoma in a lot of games when I use FXAA.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I remember killing Karstaag and then thinking "This was the hardest boss in the game, wtf am I supposed to summon him for?"

10 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 1

Given hes a secret boss in the final dlc, one could assume that would be the point of him, a final challenge.

10 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

I accidentally found the reaper. He should have spawned more skeletons. Would have been more difficult

10 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

He was a total pushover for me too. Was a little disappointed

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I JUST stopped wasting millions of hours playing this game....now I have to make a new character

My cousin and I found the dragon on accident while throwing bodies at the orb so we could hear them go "cling" when they hit it

10 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 0

Ah, Skyrim.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I didn't just exhale-through-my-nose laugh, I heartily chuckled.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

have wrecked all three. annoying to find (got the dragon by accident) but they missed the double-dragons in the ice-lake (dragonborn DLC)

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Goddamn that was an awesome fight! I felt like a true Dragonborn, taking down two dragons at once on their home turf.

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Felt like a Monster Hunter game. Though roughly enjoyed myself taking them both down.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

That was awesome but it wasn't exactly secret.. and double? Mine had at least 3...

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

two are fixed spawns in the ice lake, suppose you could get a third random spawned one. fixed ones are named and unique tho.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

that was fcking epic. scared the shit out of me first time i found 'em.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The best part was that it was a bit of a challenge and I died, but not too quickly. Made it fun to figure out.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I accidentally found karstaag. He spanked that ass pretty quick.

10 years ago | Likes 686 Dislikes 1

CUUUUSSEEEE

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I was streaming when someone in my chat suggested to shout at the big, glowing orb because it made a sound. They knew what they were doing.

10 years ago | Likes 31 Dislikes 0

You've been trolled, friend.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

My favorite screenshot from my Skyrim playthrough was my character sitting on that throne, wearing the crown. Felt so good.

10 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Same had to summon the undead drahon durnhevir (sp?) To tank it so i wouldn't die lol

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Did that work :O I'm level 67 and I'm still struggling :( tried everything, the furthest I got him down too was 1/2 health as a vampire lord

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah it worked for me. I think when that happened i was in the mid 70s or something. My toon is a magic caster so lots of running involved.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Don't you like a challenge?

saving this for skyrim remastered

10 years ago | Likes 121 Dislikes 3

It'll be nice to hear sweet sweet Cicero's voice once again.

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

I can't fucking wait! September's going to be great. That, XCOM 2, Dragon Quest VII, and probably the NX announcement.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Same here, finally gonna play the game

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Saving skyrim for this .jpeg remastered

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Don't forget the ebony warrior

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

So is it only graphical changes? or are they doing anything else to it?

10 years ago | Likes 32 Dislikes 0

it comes with DLC content as well but nothing outside that.

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

On pc it will also have 64-bit support, so that could mean better mods and stuff.

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I believe they're fixing the physics hiccups at higher refresh rates than 60fps.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Scratch that, I was wrong.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm hoping for some bugfixes....

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Its free for PC owners (as long as they own the dlc too) its just a quick and cheap excuse to print money on the next gen systems.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

fuxor, the DLCs cost as much as the remaster >.>

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I've heard it was for the team to familiarize themselves with the new 64bit version of the engine for Fallout 4 and was demanded by fans.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I doubt the "demanded by fans" pc gets almost nothing of it

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

We get a 64bit engine which means we can load even more mods before it breaks. Also you get it for free if you already own all the dlcs.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They're adding mod support.

10 years ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 2

Not full mod support, it won't have skyui or skse. They'll be like fallout 4 mods on console.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Modders will find a way.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This gen of consoles can't have the same type of mods as PC without SKSE and SKYUI.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

No. They won't. Their hands are simply tied. Look at the most popular mods for Fallout 4 on Xbox. #1 amounts to basic console commands.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

64-bit version, should exceed the 4gb memory limit, which means a more stable game with more mods. However, switching many mod tools (1/?)

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

such as SkyUI (with the MCM menu) to 64-bit is gonna be a pain in the vas deferens, so certain mods may not be in working order (2/?)

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

for a few months, at least. That, in addition to the constant theft of mods (being pulled from Nexus, Loverslab) and thrown on (3/?)

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Bethesda's site for consoles, are going to be big hurdles for the Remaster to overcome in terms of modding. Who knows if the (4/?)
