It's absolutely based on personality. Her issue is that she claimed she couldn't work a job, so what would usually happen is she would meet someone online, they would hit it off, she would move in with them to get out of either her current ex's or parent's house, the honeymoon phase would wear off, the other person would grow resentful that they were paying for everything, and then cycle repeat.

Very happily married lesbian here. I’m not sure why, but none of my lesbian friends complain about having crap relationships but maybe that’s just my small circle. I have an awesome relationship (13 years) - I’m grateful and I love my wife to bits. That being said we both have worked hard emotionally/mentally and will continue to do so.

Same. I know there are bad relationships out there. I don't think there is really good reporting on partner violence specially since same-sex domestic violence is often ignored. But I'd have to imagine it's gotta be lower. I'm aware at how that's based on a biased view the women uniquely empathize with partner violence.

This is just my personal experience, so by no means js this a condemnation of all lesbian relations. My mother in-law is lesbian and when she was more physically capable, was very active in a national traveling softball team comprised almost exclusively with lesbians. I've never seen in all my life, whether it be gay men or straight couples, such rampant infidelity and physical abuse as there was between all those women. It was insane. I have no idea how they managed to play softball together.
