edit: I took this photo and posted it early yesterday, not sure why it's only now being posted. Before I could even start putting carts around, the guy came back outside and saw me inspecting his Tonka truck and asked "der a problem son?" (His phrasing, not mine) I just said I was admiring his illegal parking job to which he explained that it's not illegal if he's disabled. Seems like everything really is bigger in Texas, except brains apparently.

Handicap parking spaces are 16’ wide. Half are usually marked with angled lines. A handicap person can park anywhere within the 16’ space.
