What are these brown things on my car?

These brown dots accompanied by what looks like small tiny droplets of tree sap, are all over my car every morning. I'm not sure what it is, I thought the brown dots might go away at the end of spring, but it seems to be pretty regular. Any idea what these are?

I'm curious if they will go away in the summer or this will be an ongoing thing. Thank you!
