You need you time. That's a bit much for one person to do without a break for themselves at least monthly

work-life balance. Remember that volunteering is still work too. I consider music to be a second full-time job and plan accordingly.

I've been working 7 days a week 12 hrs a day. I enjoy the little things like Great food and 8hrs of sleep. Stay strong brother
