I think you need to work on the noses a little, they all look pretty similar. Also try making the lips more 3-D. Other than that, real good!

Maybe take a family pic and sketch Uncle Rhubarb's mullet instead of "photo shoot" hair.

Try to add a bit more shading and highlights to the face. Try to create a light source so it looks realistic.

Don't be afraid to get really dark! Use those B Pencils to create intense shadows for high contrast. The way to Carnagie Hall is practice! 2

Specifically on the hair, perhaps try more contrast between light and dark. The areas you have look fine, but nothing really pops out.
