I made these raspberry truffles as the 26th course of a huge tasting menu last night. We have a tradition of doing a big tasting menu for friends and family every Mothers day. If there is interest, I will share all 26 courses. #moonlitkitchen

How'd you do the coloration of the shell? I've been trying to find a good way to do it online, but I've found dickall for it.

Paint the inside of the mould with your shimmers first, cool, then add your shell mix. Tada.
