Typically the soloist (violin) will know it by memory. The accompanist (piano) will know it well enough to get by, but not by memory.
The soloist has practiced this over and over again. The accompanist has many different pieces to play and has only gone through a few times

The trill at the end was longer than it would need to be in normal circumstances, but still done musically enough.
