Enlist, apply for an officer's package, and finally don't go air force. The Navy will teach you so much more than the air force ever could.

Why would you waste you time doing that. What happens if the package is denied? Just go straight in as an Officer. And AF is WAY better.

If you want to be enlisted, AF is very "soft". If you want to be an officer, Navy has the most advancement.

It's different. Most officers manage personnel who do tasks, instead of doing tasks themselves. It pays a lot better, though.
