The latter. Helium has about 1g of lift for every liter of air it displaces. So to lift a half pound of turtle and balloon, you need 225L

Guys, it's not a turtle blimp. He's holding the ribbon up, out of view. A balloon that size has about 10g of lift.

yes but the bottom images are of a different turtle, you cant see the size of the balloon holding it, but i still doubt it would lift him.
