I guess in a sense no speaker can do that. But if we are content with white noise in the context of human hearing, then my understanding is that a good home stereo should do the job. Not sure though.
You'd hate it if it could, but you can get a plenty good enough approximation to get you to sleep, at least. I prefer soft natural sounds myself, I bought a box off aliexpress that does a wide variety with surprisingly good sound quality. And a sleep timer...
The approximation of white noise any of my speakers or headphones can produce are way too harsh to fall to sleep to. Pink and Brown noise are easier for the ears, since there's less high frequency energy.
That album sold in all of the same locations that Taylor Swift albums currently sell... likely to the parents of modern Swifties. It is definitely on any Gen-X Playlist. Any. Not just black.
