Its called SNUBA,cross btw scuba + snorkel.Did it in Belize on a cruise,the line was 20ft.Easy way to go underwater w/o scuba certification

I tried to built something simular as a child. I couldn't suck in enough air to breath because the water pressure on my chest was to much
At least that was my explanation back then. Perhaps the tube was too small
