Four chicken breast cut into one inch cubes. Soak in 2 cups half and half which two eggs whisked in.

And here is the magic bag. 3 cups all purpose flour and two teaspoons each of ground pepper, paprika and Lawrys’ Seasoned Salt.

This is the super super important step. Flour the chicken TWICE. Egg, flour, egg flour. Mas importante!! Very mas. So much mas. Then place in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour.

Heat vegetable or canola oil to 350 degrees. Don’t overcrowd.

Fry for 5 to 6 minutes until golden brown.

Ahh yes, the golden browness. Look at it! Look at it!

Use your favorite BBQ sauce or whatever you like. Toss in a bowl to coat all pieces evenly. Super crispy outside and juicy and tender inside. Post viral edit: Woah thanks guys and yes I know I know. Chicken nuggets. It was hard enough to find this chicken at the supermarket. I’m grateful. Stay safe my imgur community friends!

Wings? Breasts? Leg? All boneless wings if they're boneless am I right? Jk these look good though.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Boneless wings are just saucy chicken nuggets

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Why did I click this when I haven't been able to find chicken breasts in the store for a month?

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I don't understand why making boneless wings means you've lost control of your life.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

How long would you soak it in the half and half?

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Who wouldn't vote up or whatever! Jeez

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I have been getting into fried food as of recent. Is there a way that you guys know to reuse the oil?

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Never had that cereal, is it made by Kelloggs?

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

How long does the chicken soak in the 1/2 n 1/2 egg batter?

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Half and half? Really??

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Are boneless chicken wing not just chicken tenders?

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Nice wings. Everyone who says they aren't wings can suck a dick.

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Hey you did the banananana bread a while ago and said, "banana bread french toast"...thanks again!

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Half n half what ?

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Supposed to be half cream, half milk. But I would use buttermilk instead.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Boneless wings lmao this is nuggets bro. Great scratchmade food, but still nuggets. Like that’s what BW are, but still.

6 years ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 8

For those of us whose friends don’t know what Lawrys seasoned salt is - can anyone reveal what the seasoning in aforementioned salt is?

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

@chancer888 salt, sugar, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder and corn starch.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Also, what is half and half?

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Mixture of milk and cream.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Recommend buttermilk for the soak anyway.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Salt, sugar, paprika, onion, turmeric and garlic powders.

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

So hear me out, next time use boneless skinless thigh.

6 years ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 0

I should do this with the boneless thighs I have in my freezer.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Skin is what makes wings taste so great though. There's lots of tasty and flavour enhancing fats in the skin.

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

And buttermilk

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I hope you made enough for everyone....they look fantastic

6 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 0

Yeah...also I can't find chicken or any meat where I'm at right now so....

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

@upsidedownjackrussell they were limiting two packages of meat per person. Grabbed chicken and ground beef.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Boneless wings are just chicken tendies, change my mind

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Chicken tendies are made from the tenderloin, boneless wings are the rest of the chicken breast. Change MY mind.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Yum

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

They're nuggets. Boneless wings are fucking nuggets.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

My only problem when I fry with that much oil is the lack of ventilation and then disposing of the oil.

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

@heygee you can reuse the oil. Save it in a can. Use a wire strainer and it will filter out the food bits.

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I usually reuse the oil until it is not good anymore. After that I pour it into a bottle and take it to recycling (gas stations accept oil)

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Boneless wings don’t exist. Those chicken nuggets you made do look delicious though

6 years ago | Likes 468 Dislikes 9

I mean, you *COULD* de-bone the wing, but that'd be a pain in the ass.

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Or at least use thigh meat!

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I’ll die on this hill with you.

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

"Boneless Wing" is a commonly used term that generally means breaded chicken tossed in a a sauce, particularly buffalo sauce.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I know what they mean, they’re just wrong

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's ease of communication. Chicken nuggets are known as breaded, dry chicken. Boneless Wings are known as breaded, sauced chicken.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It’s lies

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Came here to say both of these things. Those are fine looking nugs man

6 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

I've made boneless wings from wings and drumettes. It's a fucking pain in the ass and not worth the time, unless you're trying to not get

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

a super spicy hot sauce all over your mouth and want to just pop it in your mouth and turn and burn. You just have to be good with a paring

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

knife and have a lot of time on your hands

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You removed the bones made nuggets and ate them. Lots of work to avoid using a few napkins

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Well, we were eating wings with ghost peppers. Plus I wanted to prove it could be done. you can fly through a decent amount before feeling

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

/r/gatekeeping

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Came back to comment because I thought about this too long. I used to say they were just nuggets too but I think calling them "boneless...

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Wings" mean they are covered in a sauce. Nuggets are dipped, not covered. So part of the wing experience is how they are prepared.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Either wings or nuggets can be dipped or covered in sauce. Neither coating method is exclusive, though more common respectively

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Instead of throwing out the bones from wings, boil them clean and then insert them into the raw breast nuggets. Voila

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

They are just fancy chicken nuggets

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm under the impression that nuggets are made from ground chicken meat, is that wrong?

6 years ago | Likes 52 Dislikes 2

Kid nugs yes, adult nugs no.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Depends how cheap they are.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Agreed. Thoae are chunks of chicken.

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 3

Sometimes

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Generally yes, nuggets are processed, but there's really no better term for whole-meat chunks so I, along with CFA, call 'em nuggets too.

6 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 1

Chicken Bites? Extra Large Popcorn Chicken? Chicken Ore? I can't believe it's not Boneless?

6 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Fried meat lumps.

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Chicken tenders?

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Goujons....?

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's just a fancy French word for chicken strips, you froufrou bastard lol

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Froufrou!!

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Tenders? Strips?

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

McNuggets here in Norway don't seem ground, they have what seems like regular muscle fibers in them. Ingredients list pure breast meat.

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Lucky bastards.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They're like that everywhere, people just like to rip on McD. It's not ground, so much as shredded and pressed into a 'mat' then stamped.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That's how they get the fibers. They've been using all white meat for years. Still other stuff in there of course.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Also, thank you Norway for Erling Braut Håland. That kid is the future.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

My stance is that nuggets are ground chicken, and some (crappy) boneless wings are nuggets. Good boneless wings are not nuggets.

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 3

No gonna lie.... the thumbnail looked like the saddest of breakfasts.

Looks awesome if you're a cat

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Looked like shit on a shingle.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Looks like chipped beef in white gravy.... a great breakfast

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Milk steak

6 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 0

I made this once for the fuck of it. I don't recommend it.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Did you just eat it by itself like a psychopath, or did you serve it the proper way - with raw jelly beans?

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

With jellybeans. I'm not a monster.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Right! I thought the same thing. I was sitting here thinking like this person really eating raw pork in a bowl of milk?

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I also realize that is chicken. Not pork. I blame Corona

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Use butter milk next time rather than half and half. The acid in it reacts to baking powder in the flower and creates CO2. Crunchy crust!

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

You won't need the egg.

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

One more question (sorry). Would you spice the flour any different?

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Great idea. How much buttermilk for 4 chk breasts? Also, how much baking powder in the flour mixture?

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

On the spice, I'd do Garlic salt, black pepper, Kosher salt, onion powder, Thyme, tony's creole spice (or any creole mix) (1/?)

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ranch powder (not an entire pack), dried basil, dried parsley. Mix it up in Self Rising flour (Aka Southern flour). It's milled down (2/?)

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

A little more than AP flour and it already has the baking powder and baking soda in it, That's what makes it rise. After coating in (3/?)

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Opps, forgot this. Cut the chicken if you need to. Put in a zip-lock bag, add buttermilk to just cover it all. Put into the fridge for (4/?)
