Looks like there is some small fish at the bottom. You can see it swim when the cat gets in at 3 sec. Might be artifacts though.
I saw that as well, I'm hoping it's debris or reflections because that is NOT a suitable environment for fish.
No heater/cooler, no filtration, no substrate, open top with cats.. if those are fish I'm very disappointed.
