Fiero is an Italian word that does not have an exact English equivalent
It requires overcoming a difficult challenge. Think of it as a combination of pride, joy, accomplishment, and satisfaction, but with energy--almost like an excited contentment.
It's the feeling you get when you beat a really difficult video game, slam the controller on the floor, stand up and scream "I am the CHAMP-I-ON!" in your best Freddie Mercury voice.
