Someone posted a reply above, but it's basically wrapping the bottom of your vehicle in a tarp to help prevent the animals from getting access to the radiator hoses and brake lines. I know for a fact that coolant is deadly for wildlife, and I'm certain that brake fluid can be just as deadly to the animals. Thinking if they can chew through a brake hose or radiator hose, they can chew through a tarp easily.
