There is no standard procedure for that. It might work if you get the dispatcher to understand, 911 does get plenty of prank calls.

911 dispatcher here. It's meant for everyone, but you're encouraged to call in if you can. TTY is for deaf people specifically.

Deaf folks cringe when police depts say they have TTYs. They've been obsolete for years. We use videophones. Also, TTYs are not texting.

I dont know about other places but we can also accept videophone translations. Though admittedly our training doesn't cover it in detail.

Anyone can accept VP relay calls; all the training you need is to know not to hang up on us. Sounds obvious, but many places do just that.
