Do you pull to the right for emergency vehicles even if they are coming down the left side of the road in the far lane? I do.
ETA: Most of where I see them is either two lane (one lane each way), or four lane (two lanes each way) with no median or concrete barrier between the lanes, and lost of side roads they /might/ need to turn down.

Pull over if they might need the bit of road you are on. It's pretty simple. Worst case scenario: You're needlessly delayed by 10 seconds.

If they can turn into or across your side of the street, then yes, pulling over is a good idea. They may need the space to get around idiots

No, I just slow down and pull a bit to the side without stoping, just to make sure the cars behind me also see the emergency vehicles

I've actually seen emergency vehicles mount medians to pass traffic jams, they can drive the wrong way in emergencies.
