A 1070 or 480 will not do that. A 1080 barely does it.

I never built a pc but I'm going to have to at the end of summer (go back to college and leave my friends who could build it) is it hard.

no, just read the instructions on all the parts.

It's like Lego only all the parts have names and they are much larger and harder to lose (and less painful to step on)
