Being real, I'm incredibly shitty at drawing, but what works for me when I need to make something look decent is to use pencil, (1/?)

Draw extremely light, and then just trace over it darker and darker, refining the lines as I go, and erasing if need be. Eventually go (2/3)

Over all the lines with pen, and it usually looks semi-alright. No idea if it'll be helpful to ya, but thats what works for me. (3/3)
