Arms.. Teach me how! Mine are still chicken wings... i hate it

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Band exercises, push ups, assisted pull-ups, overhead press, rows. I vary the sets/reps and eat good protein.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Xxfitness is a great resource, IMO!

I hope to be at 199lbs by June. I think that's a realistic amount if I stick with it and kick some ass.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Realistic is key. It's THE BEST FEELING. Good luck!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Badass. Good work. What's your routine and diet like?

9 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 0

3 days/week circuit with a trainer, 3 says/week cardio. I swap between HIIT, running, and spinning mostly.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

HIIT is awesome, innit? I do that on my off days too.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It's the fast route to endorphins for me! :)

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Diet is 1900kcal/day. I'm not amazing at macros, but I stay under 130g carbs, and try and stay above 150g protein.

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Someone made you a good plan, that should continue to work, when you start hitting fitness plateaus you'll probably need to increase

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Your calorie intake on HIIT days

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I love my trainers! I'm still cutting so I haven't varied my caloric intake except when I'm sick or injured. Starting half training in Feb

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm going to need to switch things up then, but I'm still working out how to balance everything.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If you can cut down to less than 10 carbs a day, the weight will fly off so much faster.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 5

You're looking awesome! You must be quite tall and muscular to hold 199 so well. I'm 5'9 and don't look that fit at 175. Good luck!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'm 5'10" with a lean mass of 145. Thank you!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You look great! Do you have a specific weight training plan? I've lost 95lbs this year and I want to add more muscle while I lose the rest.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I follow Ignite through 24hour Fitness. The trainers shake things up every six weeks. Right now we're doing a lot of plyometrics and lifting

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thanks for the tip! I'll check it out!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I weigh 330. I always ask what people do but no one shares. Will your share with me? Plz?

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

I started around 330. Now at 255. My secret? I follow politics and gym time is the way I choose to let out frustration.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm down 100 just from counting calories, no gym. Though my job is very active.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I started by cutting calories (2000kcal/day). The LoseIt subreddit has been totally valuable as a source of info for helping me manage food.

9 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

Op's plan will work for almost everyone, start with diet and a little exercise, and continue to increase your exercise with your fitness.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

If you're able to plan your workouts before you eat and get most of your carbs in after your workout, the fat should start to fall off

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Fixed my fucked up relationship with food. Stopped eating because I was bored and because it felt good. That got me through the first 70-

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

This, 100%!!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

lbs. I was exercising during that time too, just weightlifting and a little bit of cardio plus yoga. Counting calories got me down another-

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

30lbs. Really fixing my fucked up mindset about eating and not binge eating anymore did most of the work. That and being patient- it took-

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

about 2 years to lose 70lbs. But it took way longer to put that on so I knew it'd take a while for it to come off!
