It's been some time since I played Pokemon. But if i recall correctly, you can't get evolutions through breeding. So only Zubat possible

When breeding you get the lowest evolution in the family, zubat, zubat doesn't evolve until a much later level

You can only hatch a Zubat in an egg (unless you're going the extra mile and using Pomeg Berry Glitches, but those're unknown by many)

Nope. Zubat evolves into Golbat at Lv.22 (assuming the game is a 3rd gen game), and Golbat evolves into Crobat by trading.
