Maybe I'm just extremely naive, but I cannot for the life of me understand why this cunt is not already in prison, or rather, has not already been in prison for years, if not decades.

Based on his history, he wont pay. Thats why they will not give him a loan. Also, his assets are over inflated. The value of his assets are not close to what he says they are. When he does get help, it will be from someone or a group who has other interets, maybe russion or chinese. In that case he will be like clarence thomas.

B.I.N.O, bino sounds like one of his verbal fuck ups.

“He also said that none of those companies will accept non-liquid assets — such as real estate — as collateral.” Hahaha. I wonder why?

Well, jail time, I suggest, either way he is a lying prick.... well according to Stormy he is only a little prick, but he's still a liar.

Sell all his assets for exactly $454 million. Leave him with nothing. Mwahahahahah!

2 years ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 0

When and if NY begins the process of liquidating his assets to get paid, any leftover cash is transferred back to him. This is also the case if he is unable to secure a bond to get a stay of the payment process while he appeals. He can appeal without a bond, but NY is allowed to begin seeking repayment - if, by some miracle, he wins his appeal, NY simply has to give him back the money they got from the sales - not the now-sold assets.

But I still like Peeters idea. That would be hilarious.

Lucky if he’s actually a multi millionaire

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm sure his debts outweigh his assets by a large margin. But the way it works is that you can still live a billionaire lifestyle even if your net worth is minus many millions, which in theory out to make you much poorer than someone with no debts but also no money or assets.

Im not sure that’s an emotion he’s capable of imitating.

If I understand the situation correctly he just couldn't get a loan without any collateral (but with a surety). I am sure he could get one if he put up one or two of his properties, but that would mean they would be repossessed when he does not pay the loan instead of whoever was giving the surety would have to pay..

He may be a clown, but he's probably not dumb enough to actually risk "his own" money. I only say this because of his long history of screwing investors and contractors. He will do almost anything else before he actually pays a fair price for anything. So maybe he has 400m but he would still be looking for a loan if he does.

He only needs 2 more days so i wish they would start the formalities and stop allowing him to stall

He said he had $400M in cash. He could have been lying about that. But at the same time, he could be lying now just to try to get the amount weaseled down. All we can be sure of is that no matter what he's saying, he's lying.

He's broke. He's always been broke. He has a brand which banks will give him loans against, but eventually, they'll get tired of not being paid back. Money is our national religion, and woe to him who offends the dollar.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He could be having the 400 mil cash. If he does and that's all he has in cash he is right that putting up the bond would pretty much bankrupt his businesses. You need a pretty large amount of money for your rolling expenses and this is the number one reason many small entrepreneurs fail : they do not factor in correctly the amount of cash on hand they need. BUT the question is : should we care? NO bloody way we should. He had his fair trial. Now he should put up or shut up.

He's whining that he'd have to sell his assets, and that once he wins his appeal, his assets will still be sold and that's unfair. Welcome to the world of everybody else, asshole.

2 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

His only businesses are golf courses and that abomination of a hurricane target in Florida. It’s always just been money laundering and collecting “management fees”

Other than that time he said he’d be a dictator on Day One. I’m pretty sure that’s the only, single, solitary time he’s ever told the truth.

2 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 0

That's probably a lie too, the "just" on day one part.

2 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

LOL! You’ve got me there! You’re 100% correct. Whew! I thought for a minute there he’d broken his lies streak, but it remains firmly intact.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yup. No way it would be just one day.

Nah he’s said multiple times he won’t accept the results of an election he loses. That was true

Any bank will give you a loan if you have the equity and you are willing to sign over the property in a guaranteed way. So either he doesn't even have that much in equity or he insisted on the loans without sufficient protections for those banks. Seems to me, those banks could be asked to explain Trump's terms or he has to prove he doesn't have the equity if he wants the bond to be lowered.
So without such proof, those bonds should not be lowered and those properties need to be sold.

US Banks have him blacklisted for decades now, after he cheated them in the 90's. The only Bank giving him Credit was "Deutsche Bank" because he bribed the now fired US Branch Manager and they had a loss of around 50M. That left him in a pickle: Either he takes foreign autocrate Money (RUS Banks), then he can't run for presidency as 450M are a big collusion or he admits he can't get the appeal money and has to pay out. Same would go if Trump takes money from Musk, if he even would lend him some.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Sorry, but if Trump had a property that in real life was worth 2 billion. And Trump actually owned 90% of it w/ no liens, then any bank on the planet would loan him a half billion if there was a bulletproof contract that the bank would own that 90% if he doesn't pay it back.
So Trump is asking to have the bond lowered which should require that the 33 banks that rejected him must reveal the terms that they rejected.
So I think this reveals he doesn't have such equity in ANYTHING.

There are several Problems why an American Bank wouldn't loan him anything. First he forced the American Banks to extend his Loan in the late 90's, he even bragged in his Book about it. After that they went out. Secondly: What do you do when the President of the United States isn't willing to pay his contract? You can't putt him in court. Trumps Track Record is that nearly every bank loan contract lands in mediation after threaten to go to court, then he only pays, often not full interest rate.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If you owe the Bank 1000$ and you can't pay, you have a Problem. If you owe the Bank 100.000.000$ and you can't pay, then the Bank has a problem. And Trumps Track Record is BAD.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If the contract is tight enough, that bank would WANT him to default because they would get a $2,000,000,000 property for $500,000,000.

Sorry but banks will loan money to a fool if the contract is bulletproof. They won't because Trump won't sign a bulletproof contract or he doesn't have the equity.

What happened in the past is irrelevant. All the bank has to do is make sure the contract is bulletproof and in the past, they didn't do that.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If you owe the bank $100 million & can't pay but the bank has a bullet proof contract to confiscate your $2 billion property then the bank stands to gain $1,9 billion. Sorry, but in the past Banks assumed Trump was normal & had normal contracts w him.
In 2024, a bank can easily make a contract bulletproof & would LOVE it if Trump reneged on that 2 billion dollar property. The profits would be amazing.

So again, either Trump won't sign a bulletproof contract, or he lacks the equity.
