I made it, I don't have instructions but it involves 1/4" and 1/8" wood, a table saw, chop saw capable of 30 degree angles, clamps, etc.

The only specialty tool would be an 1/8" x 1/8" slot cutting router bit with a bearing. This can be found a Lee Valley

It ensures a fair roll and that the dice don't knock over game pieces or fall off the table.

There’s usually 3 slats for them to fall against in most towers.

They tumble quite a few times off the baffles, after a lot of testing they produce truly random rolls. No matter how you drop them in.
