Strushie was part of a TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) colony that was being cared for. He was much loved and came to be known by the neighbourhood for the loveable goofball he was.
Strushie was found after he was attacked by an unknown assailant who shot him through the neck and skull. (It was originally thought he was shot and stabbed, but later reports indicate two shots.
The sweet boy was humanely euthanized due to the extent of his injuries.
Police are investigating and urging anyone with information to come forward.
I am sharing with the Imgur community in hopes to spread this as far and wide as possible to help bring justice to Strushie and protect other animals and potentially humans from this violent person.
