During a fire in a tent for children in the Khabarovsk Territory, 11-year-old Alexei Martynenko was not capable of anything at all, he remained at the scene of the fire and saved other children from the fire. Unfortunately, but Alexei died from burns in the hospital, but thanks to him, many others survived. Residents of Komsomolsk-on-Amur created a petition with a request to posthumously award Alexei the title of Hero of Russia.
