Hook shaped wisdom tooth root
What it seemed to be a regular wisdom tooth surgery, later became the hardest surgery I have ever performed. I had to cut the tooth into pieces and then this root didn't came out. So it took lots of anesthesia, time and several unorthodox treatments to pull out this root. (that screw like thing, is an endodonthic file I used to finally pull out the root once I had loosen it)
Unsuspected gift from a patient
This is still on my office. I was once listening to reggae while attending a patient. Next appointment my patient slips this on my coat and winks... I don't so drugs hahaha
Sunday morning emergency call
This patient called me, he had been drinking all night and feel into a ditch on his way home... Passed out and when he woke up he was all covered in blood and in his words: "felt a gap where my teeth used to be"... Don't drink and drive.... And don't drink and walk home either, I guess.
