This is my sister, Rachel, and brother in law, Hogar, an Iraqi citizen from Kurdistan. I am sponsoring his US Visa application. Rachel and Hogar have been married since 2013 and worked through the vetting process during the last 2.5 years. They appreciate the process, however, thanks to Trump's immigration ban, Hogar will not be able to see the birth of his first child next month.
