I've been background thinking about how one would tackle this, but I'm more mechanically than electrically inclined. But I always want accessibility to be more accessible, because dammit we don't need to make things even harder for people.
Problem with these kind of things is that big corpos will first try to absorb you in to their firm, if thst dose not work they will buy up the rights to parts you need and make it hekla expensive to produce, its a predatory practise but yes they are willing to go that far

I suspect that you could probably make use of parts that are typically used for vapes to replace the mouthpiece - being that they're so ubiquitous at this point.

So they make the list price heinously expensive so they can legally bilk Medicare for way more than is appropriate, and rake in massive profits.

Yes! I love that the joystick topper is 3D printed so it could easily be customized to a shape and length that one might find more comfortable. I had chronic fatigue syndrome and was considering adaptive gaming, but the best I could manage was mouse only games, lying in my adjustable bed with my monitor suspended over the bed and my mouse pad on my chest. It worked well enough until I got better.
Please try it with the longer tubes! Some people who need these have to use them through a long, flexible tube because they can't sit up or lean forward to use the computer.
If this is going to be a bulk manufacturing thing, go for injection moulding for the plastic parts, costs to set up, but once you have the dies, it's beyond cheap
