This is 2 weeks old fermented honey.
And cornstarch, to keep the honey from sticking.
Poke a hole through the honey, and begin stretching it to a long circular band.
Regularly dip the honey in cornstarch to keep it non-sticky.
Now, fold the band to a double and stretch once again.
Keep folding and stretching.
With each fold, you will have double the amount of individual strings. And they will keep getting thinner and thinner.
Keep folding.
We want 16 thousand strands of honey.

I think you CAN ferment honey but if you just leave it like...sitting around it's not going to ferment on its own.
