Pylon warping is only nerfed aggressively. Warping in at a lone pylon takes 16 seconds (up from 5), while defensive warping 1/2

That's basically why it hasn't done so well. Bioware made a social solo player and tried to launch it as an MMO. Didn't work long-term.
