I feel so alone. I have to tell someone.

I see you Comcast rep. Burn in hell

For now...

Same here. I hate Comcast's corporate culture/practices, but I've honestly never had major trouble with my actual service.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I've not had a problem in 8 years. I call every few months to make sure the bill stays as it should be, just as you should with any bill.

Nice try Comcast

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Welcome to the first few months of Comcast.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Same, I pay for 1 gig down and get a bit over 1 gig. Dealing with customer service is a whole other thing though.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's the same for me. They actually upped my speed for no extra charge. But a fiber optic company is moving in. I think comcast is terrified

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

However, I still remain watchful of unauthorized changes just because of all the horror stories I hear

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Same. Honestly, Comcast hasn't ever really done me wrong.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nope. I hate Comcast. Worst ever.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, let me know what it's like 6mos from now...

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Until the next episode

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It's okay. We're all still friends

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This one of those alternative facts I've been hearing about?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You should have used the seal. Because it is so surprising.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nice try, Comcast marketing department!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

For people that are getting shafted by comcast. Go to the FCC and file a consumer complaint with screenshots/times you've called. Works.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

*by screenshots I mean, using 'their' speed test to show you're getting under the amount of download you're supposed to on a regular basis.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I've never gotten what the issue was with Comcast either. I've had their Internet/TV for 14 years now. Speeds have always been what I 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

2/2 - Pay for and have never really had any issues with service outages. Never have had any "hidden" fees snuck in.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Same here, has been for years.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

FOR NOWWWWWWW

9 years ago | Likes 67 Dislikes 1

Top comment, that shit will change and be a pain to get corrected

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

(not too comment tho) still a pain to get corrected

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

BULLLLLLSHIT. CHECK YOUR BILL AGAIN

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"Alternative facts"

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Used to be a Comcast Rep. The computer tells us exactly how much the bill is without rentals and taxes. It also goes out exactly three bills

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

For the best options check around the off season for your area. Also watch for the 10 page bills they will show price changes and dates

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

For the most control know exactly what channels you watch and ignore the fluff. If you don't want it 24/7 don't let it be included.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Finally there isn't a loyalty dept. The "loyalty discount" is antiquated replaced by the bundle pkg. Just search your packages for best cost

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

What's Comcast?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

ISP. Voted worst company in America multiple times.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Ahhh I don't think it exists here

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's key to ask "what's my final monthly price after taxes and equipment are included? "

9 years ago | Likes 92 Dislikes 6

Must not have went over your quota

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Funny... I asked this question and still they lied.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

The last time I asked, they couldn't tell me. They just had a guess or something.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Ask about the specials every six months. If they won't give you that price politely remind them you're a loyal customer. Usually works.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Ya its going to change when you least expect it

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You know they raise your rates as at will right?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Hahaha...not only did I get that confirmation, but also email confirmation, buuuttttttt...next bill...same bs. It's a fucking game to them.

9 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 2

When competition eventually breaks in, one way or another, they suddenly compete with comp instead of "How long until they threaten to quit"

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

If used them for almost 10 yrs..no issues. I hope my luck doesn't run out w them.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

It took 3 before they started their little game with me...before that, no issues whatsoever.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That is the problem, it should NOT take questions to determine the price between ADVERTISED price and ACTUAL price. Not to mention the 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

2/2 Several charges they say are "required by law" but are simply not, and are in addition to the advertised price and tax.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

What's really key to ask is if this is a promotional rate and when does it expire. Usually 6 months or 12 months

9 years ago | Likes 53 Dislikes 0

The key is not to ask, but read. They can tell you anything, how you're gonna prove that happened? Adult life 101, people!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Yep. Gotta read the fine print plus it's not a contract so ppl can cancel if they're not happy.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Where you gonna go?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Fiber!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yup, still on my most recent 12 month ticking timebomb.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

As a former Comcast rep, this precisely.

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

I had 50mb-100mb for $35 the first year. I pay $60 for 20mb and tv now. Its the cheapest option. Fuck comcast

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Ha. You should check prices in Canada

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

As much as I despise the conglomerate fucking cunt that be Cumcast, I pay them. Royally. It's them or AT$T and they can blow a goat.
