Dr Strangelove doesn’t look so wildly impossible these days...

Two lesser known Sellers masterpieces are Being There and The Magic Christian. Both are absolutely amazing for entirely different reasons.

I'll admit, not a hugely great film, but entertaining. George C Scott is always a joy to see

He died far too young. Dr. Strangelove is one of the greatest comedies of all time. Well, more of a satire than a comedy. Great film.

This was definitely his best dramatic role. What a superb screenplay and Sellers’ characterization was masterful. A must see.

I like to watch.

He deserved the Oscar that year!!!

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He was convinced he didn’t get it because the director added the outtakes at the end credits of him laughing and breaking character
