Jerseys are the best! We raised them for beef and honestly, I liked them better than I liked our black angus. Not just taste, but attitude!

Same, I was told it has something to do with how they process fat. Gives them sweet milk (high fat %) and beef.

I know my cows don't like it when I book their snoot. But they're beef cows so they're not used to humans.
