I don't know if they are still a thing, but I remember back in the 90s padded toilet seats (not covers, but the seat itself) were a thing. They were SO nasty, and you could never get them properly clean, since the cleaning products would cause the padding to crack.

Did they advertise as "Smart Car" in the US or something? All the Americans I know call it that but the brand is just Smart. It's weird to hear, like "Ford Car" instead of "Ford."

I have met a couple of Americans, and many of them add the car model to the brand, or refer to the car by it's model. For instance "Ford Taurus" or "Suzuki Samurai", often just "Taurus" or "Samurai". So they add "car" to make it sound complete. The other thing is "Smart" has a meaning other than cars, so they may want to be specific.

I'm very cautious with TV series nowadays ever since multiple shows that I follow gets cancelled, where the endings either never comes or gets only updated once every 6 months. Gravity Falls, Amphibia, The Owl House, Glitch Techs, ROTMNT.
