Franco makes Whiskey Bark!

We're making Whiskey Bark!

First you spread 1 cup of melted semi sweet chocolate chips into the bottom of an 8x8 pan

Lick the spoon!

While you let the chocolate set in the freezer

Melt 10 oz of mini marshmallows

over a medium heat and stirring constantly, melt marshmallows until there are webs forming when they are moved

Measure 1/4 cup of whiskey

check it twice... maybe take a swig

add the whiskey to the webby marshmallows

stir well!

Dump that on top of the now set chocolate

franco recommends licking the pan

Next put 1 cup of caramel on top

you could make it, but Franco opted for store bought so he could lick the jar

Then whip an egg white and add a pinch of salt

and a dash of cayenne, so it's got a little spice like Franco! then mix in 16 oz of bacon crumbled that have been coated in some simple sugar.

put another cup of melted chocolate on top of the caramel

then top THAT with the bacony-sugar-peppery mixture we just made
