My information is telling me it starts on the 12th and ends on the 15th this year.
it looks like saudi arabia has possibly changed the date. It is based on moon phases and they claim they saw no moon on the 2nd,
Saudi arabian council: "That's no moon, thats a space station, move EID back a day".
