Republicans: But Trump would get mad at me and I’d rather the country burn

7 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Very well said.

7 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Republicans can't set the precedent of punishing Evil because then they'd all be fucked proper. Happened in Texas with Paxton. They realized if they held him accountable for his actions they'd have to hold all of them accountable so better off to just not hold anybody accountable.

We need more people like this. thank you for your service

7 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Trump is taking a second try at them.

7 months ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 1

I hope Americans have learned from this error and never vote Republican again. Just to be safe; not holding my breath :o(

The standard tactic when drawing people into a criminal organization is to start small. "Deliver this money." "Come with me while I do collections." "Look menacing while I talk." Gradually work up by steps, each too small to object. Until eventually you're breaking kneecaps. Trump is using the same playbook.

I just officially knew one of my home to pick my a official phone up officially whats up

7 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Every single damn Republican is a POS. Some might have some backbone, but they still supported and keep supporting inhuman policies and criminals.

7 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Remember that rights run side by side with responsibilities. Impeach the bitch.

7 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I don't know this senator, who is he?

7 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Brian Schatz from Hawaii.

Thanks!

Someone needs to ask Trump if he thinks the Constitution is more powerful than he is.

7 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He only error is assuming Republicans don't know any of this and aren't doing it on purpose.

7 months ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

he's not assuming. This isn't for them. It's for us and their voters.

7 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

We know and their voters will never hear this. angrymanyellsatclouds.gif

And they scream "pEdOPhiLEs!1!" when parroting all the bullshit spouted to justify ice's tactics.

Thought that was JJ Abrams from the thumbnail

Republican logic: Attempted murder is ok, because it failed.

7 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Enough already. We could? We should? Or we will? Letting the nation slip out of our hands is not an option PEOPLE.

7 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The GQP does not have a line short of total power and total control and total wealth for them and their friends

7 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

There is no fucking line. Has this clown not been paying attention? Can we get elected officials who have paid a modicum of attention these past several fucking decades?

7 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Oh I hope the United States senate doesn't survive this.

The two party system is what brought us to this point. Until it is gone nothing good will happen.

7 months ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 3

More importantly, we need to change the way we vote. Ranked choice would be a good start and, if not eliminating the electoral college, getting rid of the all or nothing approach.

7 months ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

That's one way of achieving the goal of changing the system.

7 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

These corrupt muthafuckas really said, “By any means necessary.” And they meant it.

7 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

For Republicans, there is none.

7 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Theres your problem. Our basic principles are not ones held by the republicans.

They serve their masters and the almighty dollar.

7 months ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

The entire system does. It was built to maintain that power structure. The entire thing needs to burn and be replaced by something fundamentally different.

Trump admin goal is to flood the place with illegal activity to overwhelm the system then say "well it already happened, so just let it keep happening". Then they'll use it as precedent to push it further. The rich and powerful want to first be allowed to get away with crime, then they want to push for a "you need to enable us to do crimes by sacrificing more of yourselves or we'll tear your way if life down." Too big to fail has turned into too big to prosecute.

They already decided that Genocide was not a red line, so why should this be

7 months ago | Likes 124 Dislikes 8

Because it might harm them.

7 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Genocide, treason, pedophilia, "ordinary" rape, blatant financial corruption.

There are horrific men in the history of the republican party who would slaughter this bunch with their bare hands 90 seconds into a cabinet meeting with them.

Nixon, Kissinger, Reagan, McCarthy, Ford, GW..

None of those were anything remotely approaching "good" people, but fuck me they were at least patriots.

The only flag this bunch honor is a bunch if company logos stitched together with a stained diaper.

7 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

Oh sweetie our government was fine with genocide since it was formed

7 months ago | Likes 42 Dislikes 2

Not just our government, but tons of our citizens, too. Even the ones claiming to be against it.

Yeah, I'm sure THIS time they'll be shamed into doing the right thing by your angry words

7 months ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 2

I hope they write an angry toned letter as well! That'll learn 'em!

7 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Barrels of lead speak much louder.

Man's crashout is legit. Things that Dump and his admin are doing so unlawfully and blatantly out in the open now without regard for the consitution that he swore to up hold is beyond levels of impeachment, it's down right Treasonous. He needs to be taken out of office one way or the other. Natural causes or lawfully. His entire cabinet need to have criminal charges brought against them and jailed for no less of 30 years! For Crimes against the American people and the world.

7 months ago | Likes 293 Dislikes 4

3yrs from now (if he lives that long) is gonna be the orange shitstain pardoning every right aligned official.

7 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The law won't ever be removing him. He's either dying peacefully or violently in office. If his death ends up being violent, then odds are his cabinet will reach the same fate.

7 months ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

That's not what a crashout is.

7 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I hope he lives long enough to enjoy the repercussions and dies from ego death and remains just cognitive to realize he's a piece of shit and his existence never mattered. Then he goes to the place where that realization plays on loop for him. That he is the shit in his own donned diaper

7 months ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

I'd prefer he be taken out of office the other way.

7 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Not only that, but like, don't they understand that turnabout is fair play?

What happens when a blue administration attempts to punish others? This precedent ALLOWS us to push forward. Failed or not. These people are subjugating their positions to erode the rights of other Americans.

7 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

It needs to happen if America wants to claw back even a modicum of respect and trust with the global community

7 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Crash out? He spoke passionately, that's enough to be considered a crash out? He didnt even kick a chair or throw something...

7 months ago | Likes 49 Dislikes 0

I was going to say, his message was impassioned, but also unfailingly precise, significant, and relevant. Caps lock for emphasis, not uncontrolled emotion.

7 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I was under the impression that a crash out was more like full on screaming violent rage.

7 months ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

"Crash out" is just a colloquialism for "losing one's composure"

7 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Does anyone have the name of the speaker by chance I'm unfamiliar with him off the top of my head but I think he's pretty solid from the sound of it.

7 months ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Brian Schatz

7 months ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Thanks.

Sometimes the effort is also illegal. If you try and fail to rob a bank they don't let you go and say "Better luck next time". No, they lock your ass up. There are TONS of crimes that are just for the Attempt.thos should not be different.

7 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 4

Said action being...informing the military—who ideally would already know this portion of their own law, being military members—that they do not have to follow orders if those orders are, themselves, illegal?

You're coming out on the side of, "it should be illegal to tell people not to do illegal things?"

Did I misunderstand and you meant the attempted violation of free speech, or did you just go so far to the right you became a liberal anarchist?

7 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

I'm sorry if I was unclear, I was referring the attempt to jail people for using their 1st amendment rights. THAT attempt is illegal

7 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

50000 is for pedophilia. To incarcerate innocent senators you need at least 52000.
At 55000 the POTUS can straight up go to the senate with a gun and start shooting opponents.

I really hope the next administration holds her along with the rest of the DOJ and FBI accountable for covering up that the orange child rapist and his friends are all child rapist, but I highly doubt anything is gonna happen. If anything this will help her political career more then if she stated color folks deserved slavery and them becoming free is the reason why the US is in a trillions dollar debt.

7 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Interestingly enough, he hasn't been over 50,000 since she said that.
